Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:
- Requesting an exchange/ return: You can email us directly or complete our online returns form below. We aim to respond within 48 hours of you making contact.
- Terms of return: Any shortage or damage to a product needs to be reported within 48hrs of delivery. Off-loading is the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated. Insurance for loss or damage of materials once delivered is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- State of return: Any items returned must be in original packaging.
- Process of exchange/ refund: We aim to get refunds processed as quickly as possible. Once we are in receipt of the returned product it will undergo inspection. If found to be faulty, an exchange will be offered or a refund issued.
